Currently the Watermen's Retreat Owner Association dues are $750.00 per month. The budget is reviewed annually.

Each condominium is managed by Flying R, Inc. Flying R provides all property management support including rentals, cleaning and maintenance. This contract is negotiated every two years and the existing rate is 30% of collected rents.

Each owner would also be responsible for property insurance for their contents within their unit. Flying R would assist in getting that policy set up for new owners. Wind, Hale, and Flood policies are maintained on the building by the Owner's Association.

Each owner would be responsible for all Dare County and North Carolina property taxes.

Each owner would be responsible for the electric and telephone utility bills; basic cable, water and internet are included in the condominium fees.
