For lunch, MOJOs serves up a unique list of sandwiches to please any taste featuring premium, all healthy ingredients and no fried foods. MOJOs dinners include everything from the island's favorite ribs, to their award winning chili, fresh pasta dishes, catfish sandwiches, tuna steaks and more. Add a cold microbrew beer on tap or a glass of wine and you have the makings of a perfect Carolina meal. MOJOs also caters group events with popular themed offerings like authentic open fire NC Full Pig Roast BBQs, as well as Long Island style Clam bakes and more.

Chef Kylie Simpson will custom create a menu for you and your guests in the privacy of your condo. Whether you are interested in a cocktail party with "Small Bites" which include Australian Mini Savory Pies, Duck and Pear Quesadillas or assorted Sushi (to name a few), or full Entrees like Macadamia Crusted Oven Baked Mahi Mahi, Jambalaya Pasta or Seafood Pie, she and her staff will prepare, present, clean and leave without any stress, mess or chaos.
Out Back Kitchen provides catering for all events, retreats, weddings and any special occasion. Chef Kyle creates custom designed wedding cakes right here on the island. Her signature "Hatteras Seaside Cake" decorated in handmade sugar seashells which can be made in any flavor creating a memory that will last forever.
